How to request deletion
Email us at support@paisaflare.com from the email address linked to your PaisaFlare account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email address and any details that help us identify the account.
- If you cannot access your registered email, explain that in the message so we can suggest another verification step.
Verification
We may ask for additional information before processing the request so we can verify that the request is being made by the account owner or an authorized person.
What we delete
After verification, we will delete or de-identify account-linked personal data from active systems where applicable.
- Profile information linked to your PaisaFlare account.
- Budget, account, and transaction data stored for your use of the app, unless retention is required.
- Associated reminders, preferences, and synced app data that no longer needs to be kept.
What we may retain
Some limited records may be retained where required or permitted by law, or where needed for legitimate business purposes.
- Support records needed to confirm prior requests or investigate abuse.
- Security, fraud-prevention, and diagnostic logs required to protect the service.
- Records that must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.
Retention periods
Data removed from active systems is deleted as part of our normal operational process after request verification. Records that must be retained for compliance, security, or dispute handling may be kept until those obligations expire.
